Frazer's Prayer Ministry is dedicated to praying for our "Jerusalem, Judea and the uttermost parts of the world," We offer many opportunities for our volunteers to do just that. It is their joy and their responsibility to accept the opportunities that are available through the Prayer Ministry.

Beyond these specific opportunities is the emphasis of our Prayer and Fasting Ministry. Fasting refers to the abstinence from food and/or drink for spiritual purposes. It is the spiritual discipline shown in scripture to cause us to humble ourselves before God, and humility is a prerequisite to fellowship with the Lord. In our late 20th century culture we have been so appetite and pleasure driven that most of us have an aversion to fasting. The purpose of Frazer's Prayer and Fasting Ministry is to:
*Train and equip God's people in the Biblical and physical aspects of fasting.
*Motivate God's people to pray with the additional power available through fasting.
*Lead the church in corporate times of prayer and fasting when major concerns arise within the church, our community, our nation, or the world.
*Cover our worship services with prayer and fasting.
