It is the goal of the Lay Ministry Program to provide pastoral care to every member of the Frazer family. Lay members who are called and gifted in pastoral care are equipped to encourage the families under their care through prayer, availability, contact and example. Their ministry is to build relationships that express the unconditional love of Jesus.

Lay Ministry at Frazer is a part of a larger world-wide network of organizations that believe that pastoral care is every believer’s responsibility. We hosted the 2004 International Conference on Pastoral Care of the Congregation in 2004. This event was presented by The Lay Pastors Ministry, Inc.
